Consultations & Second Opinions
Rule number one is to enroll in hospice.
The recommendations on this web site, or by the staff of Caring Advocates are intended not to replace but to add to the expertise of your local hospice. Some hospice workers and physicians are experienced in the treatment of dry mouth, while others are not. In such an important area as reducing pain and suffering at the end of life, we should all be open to listen, to learn, and to care by getting more opinions and providing the best Comfort Care that we can. No professional can possibly keep up with the advances in all fields.
At Caring Advocates, we try to stay abreast of recent developments and experiences in the treatment of dry mouth—to reduce the symptom of thirst.
